The service I received today really required restraint on my part. My company gave me food voucher which can only be used on that restaurant, today I wished the voucher could be used elsewhere as well cause I would have left. All waiters avoided me like the plague. Seeing patrons who arrived after me being served before me was frustrating. I finally got fed up and ordered while the waiter was standing so far from me, I practically had to shout my order. I am definitely informing my company.
The restaurant was the top point of our visit. Great menus and I would advise it.
The hotel staff were outstanding in ensuring a nice stay. I was only visiting for a day as part of a multi leg trip and they were able to accommodate my laundry needs very quickly. The restaurant and bar were also quite good.
The rooms are old.
The “royal salad” belonging to warm dish was not delivered at first. After asking for it, they brought the salad - pure red onion with 3 slices of cucumber.
The hotel is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. The place is nice and just 1 minute to see!
We sat on the lovely terrace, our order was taken quickly. We waited, waited, the waiter passed and looked but after 25 minutes we got up and left
